Support for Multilingual Learners
At 91ÖÆƬ³§, we are here to support your success and help you thrive throughout your academic journey. The Lisa Gorman Language Learning Center is here to meet you where you are. The Center is a welcoming space that offers in-person tutoring opportunities for 91ÖÆƬ³§ students for whom English is not their first language. To get started, students can contact or visit the Center.
Lisa Gorman Language Learning Center Offerings & Process
91ÖÆƬ³§ students can stop by the Center to set up a weekly appointment for the semester and to share what challenges they would like to focus on.
Personalized Tutoring
The Center tutors meet with students at least once a week depending on their academic needs and support them in different areas of study.
Expert Guidance
Our tutors are highly skilled in supporting multilingual learners and have different areas of professional expertise.
Flexible Academic Help
We tailor our sessions to your specific challenges, helping you navigate your coursework with confidence.
Financial Support
The Center provides financial support through grants for multilingual students who meet the funding criteria, in order to help them obtain materials needed for their courses. Students can apply for support directly through the Center.
