Nursing Details & Requirements

91制片厂 has two nursing program options:

South Portland Traditional Cohort: Admits every fall and spring semester. The next available seats are in the Fall 2027 cohort.

Brunswick Accelerated Cohort: Admits every spring. The next available seats are in the Spring 2028 cohort. This program includes a summer semester, which allows students to complete the four clinical semesters within 16 months of starting. As of the 2026-27 academic year, 91制片厂 is no longer able to offer an evening cohort for the Nursing program.

The 91制片厂 Nursing program is implementing a new admission process starting with the Fall 2027 cohort. If you have attended the Nursing Information Session within the last six months, you have already been made aware of this change. Pre-nursing students who have completed all nursing admission requirements will be reviewed in a pool for admission into a cohort, with seats going to the most qualified applicants. Upon successful completion of all admission checklist items, you will be provided with a form to complete to be reviewed for admission into the upcoming cohort.

All admission requirements and the review form must be completed by the deadline for a student to be eligible for consideration for a cohort.

Fall Cohorts

  • Submission deadline: April 1
  • Decisions announced: May 1

Spring Cohorts

  • Review form opens: April 1

All admission requirements remain the same; there have been no changes to our admissions checklist. Once admission requirements are completed, you will continue to notify the Admissions Coordinator (Aidan Fennessy, afennessy@mainecc.edu), who will provide the form upon verification.
