MEREDA awards scholarships to two 91制片厂 students

The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) has awarded generous scholarships to two 91制片厂 students for the current academic year.

Caleb Johnson and Benjamin Grubb are two of 14 community college students in Maine to receive $1,250 scholarships from MEREDA. Johnson and Grubb will graduate next spring with degrees in Plumbing and Heating.

MEREDA began its scholarship program for students in the building trades and professions over seven years ago and has continued to grow and support the program. Since 2014, MEREDA has raised and donated over $90,000 in scholarships assisting 71 Maine community college students.

The association raises scholarship funds through its annual 鈥淪trikes for Scholars鈥 bowl-a-thon to support Maine students for careers in areas of study that promote MEREDA鈥檚 mission of responsible development and ownership of real estate throughout the state.
